Island Tingz Return Policy

At Island Tingz, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Wearable Products – No Returns

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any wearable items, including but not limited to:

Bonnets

Scrunchies

All sales of wearable items are final.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Island Tingz is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to have it resent.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to look into it and assist where possible.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return (for non-wearable items only), the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

Returned within 14 days of delivery

Approved by our customer service team prior to being sent back

 

Refunds

Approved refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed to the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item. You’ll receive a notification once your refund has been issued.
